8:30-9:00am: Our first day begins with the Opening Ceremonies including Ms. Sandi Hendry, Dr. Carin Holroyd, Dr. Mark Wallin, Ms. Yuko Shimizu, and Consul General Mr. Takashi Hatori.

9:00-9:30am: We then have Dr. Christian Tagsold speaking on Akiralympics – Re-examining Tokyo 1940, 1964, and 2020/21, followed by a question and answer period (9:30-10:00am).
